Yes it's me again, the other Ugly Sister.
Elaine was home only for a day or two before having to go back into hospital. You will have read on her own posting that she was tiring easily, so it would seem she got home just a bit too soon.
Yesterday she was sitting beside her bed in MHDU with her feet up, still hooked up to monitors etc, but able to read a book brought by Best Brother, and keeping a brave face on. She's now been moved to a medical ward and a physiotherapist will be keeping a good eye on her progress there.
Her first words to my visit were, "The lengths I'll go to to get you to come and see me!". So you see, she still has her sense of humour.

Noooo! Oh Elaine what are we going to do with you!? Seriously, get yourself properly better, keep those feet up and catch up with your reading. All the best and take good care of yourself.

Poor Elaine, please pass on my sympathy, she will be fed up (literally) with the hospital food by now.. hope to see her home and blogging soon.. {{hugs}}
