It feels like a bereavement,and she was one of the top medical bloggers in the UK.
However she thought that she might have been outed and I was among those who advised her to do just this. A blog is not worth losing your job for - and that would be all too probable in these happy days in the NHS.
I see that she is writing a new blog, open by invitation only.
So, if she reads this:

I saw that too on her blog :o( Can't agree with you more - it is a such a shame.
I do remember she said that she would take the blog off line for a while to check it so hope that's what she's done and it's only a temporary interruption to great blogging.
If not though, can I hitch onto here to ask for an invite as well should Mousie read this?

I have now e-mailed Mousie, and have mentioned your request as well. I did say to only let us in if she is completely happy about it.

dickiebo sent an email to mousie, and received the reply that she is now off line.
