This morning my mouth is all better; it kept improving as the evening went on.
I think it must have been the stem of my electric toothbrush vibrating against my lips as I have been being extra specially thorough about tooth cleaning.
After all I am a bit long in the tooth now. ;-)
Mind you I rather preferred dickiebo's solution!
