I am so glad that I got the washing done yesterday, as I would not have felt up to doing it today, thus delaying it further still.
Still have a sore throat but taking the paracetamol as recommended which is keeping it largely at bay, but nevertheless feeling a bit "under the weather".
Have eaten 3 apples and had a glass of orange juice.
Conundrum:
Does a glass of wine constitute 1 of the 5 fruit/vegetables recommended for consumption each day? After all, it is made from grapes and they are fruit…….
Nonetheless I have managed to keep up my exercises including a new one where you take a strip of theraband (rubbery sort of material) and tie one end round the leg of a chair, and the other round your ankle, then slip that end round under your heel. The length of theraband was measured against the foot to knee, and adjusted in length so that as you sat on the chair and raised your leg against the tension in the band you are exercising quads. I also did all the other exercises that could be done at home and logged the count of each on a sheet I have been given away, with little diagrams to act as a reminder of each exercise.
I have now found that my sports water bottles weigh (when full) .55 kilograms.
After I have had my evening meal I shall have a fairly early night as I still hope to go to Church tomorrow.
